About the role
As an integral part of Project, Contract Analyst will report to Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities/missions
• Support the business deployment team in the following tasks:
o Handling of full deployment cases (incl, deployment check, master data management and process communication) for all commodities.
o Review all processes from AMS to ensure that all are fully updated.
o Master data management (materials, vendors)
o Handling of portal tool improvement:
? provide suggestions and inputs for portal tool improvement
? handle portal tool access-rights update (access rights, NDA ele signature, access status follow-up)
? develop portal tool access rights follow-up tool
• collaborate closely with deployment, contract management and buying teams interpersonal skills |
