Job Details & Key Attributes
Within ArcelorMittal Europe (FCE), our department “Digital & IT CMO “ , is looking for IT Integration Architects. The main missions of our Department are : • Managing Information Systems (Writing Business specifications, coordinating projects, ensuring roll outs, etc.) based on the requirements formulated by the Business. • Driving the evolution of existing Information Systems, based on the Business requirements but also in concordance with the IS/IT Strategic Plan and IT Standards. • Providing the necessary support to the users of our Information Systems. Tasks In the context of our ECMO Transformation Program, we are looking for experienced Architects passionate in designing architecture for components in the commercial scope ( New Steeluser Web / App portal , CMO CRM, Leverage 2.0 / New SAP SD , and future projects ). - Proactively investigate new architecture solutions / Market / Solution watch. - Project Work : o Design Business and Technical Architecture aligned with customer requirements. o Create blue prints , test market solutions, build mock ups, … o Assist product owner to build requirements, assist in project management . o In implementation phase, work closely with analysts and developers to assist them during the projects. TECHNICAL ARCHITECTURE : - Define technical architectural standards (together with stakeholders). - Attend lead developer community to represent the architecture community and be in dialogue with lead developers to adapt, finetune, explain technical architectural patterns. - Work out dedicated technical architectural challenges and present these to the Architecture committee. - Evangelize the technical architecture patterns to all stakeholders (architects, business, project / SCRUM team). - Assist, train non-technical architects when they encounter technical architectural problems. PRODUCT ARCHITECTURE : - Accountable and responsible for product architecture and design (from vision to implementation) throughout the complete lifecycle of a product - Ensures that product architecture/design is established along with the product refinement - Ensures that this is kept aligned with functional needs - Ensures that it is innovative and of high quality - Ensures overall integration with other products - Subject matter expert (architecture, design, innovations, …) for project teams in developing when issues, problems occurs and clarification is needed. - Front office of quality team for standardization, respect of rules (to compensate lack of capacity at quality team) - Compensates where needed resource gaps (Product Owner Team, project / SCRUM Team) in order to keep velocity at a constant pace.

Other Minimum Requirements: - Proven working experience as an IT architect (business and technical). - Deep understanding of modern Architectures. - Experience in agile development methodology. - Understanding of Project Management methodologies / Experience in IT transversal project management - Creativity in finding / exploring solutions - Practical recent programming and analysis knowledge ( List non limitative & depending of the project ). • Web / App front & back end ( Java, .net, Angular, … ) • SAP SD and other modules • SAP Fiori • Sales • Fast Development Tools - Experience in a multi-cultural environment - Efficient communication skills towards different stakeholders. - Knowledge in steel industry / commercial / supply chain is a big plus. - Willingness to travel (limited – frequency: mainly on site but dependent of the project phase) - Language skills: English (excellent level or native).
